The following modifications have been made to the Terms of Service Agreement:

Added the following section on 6/17/02:

5.7. If for any reason the Company, at it's sole discretion, deems it's customers in aggregate are due a refund, either full or partial, this refund shall not apply to any customer if any of the following conditions are applicable:

5.7.1 Customer's account was past due at the time of the occurence for which the Company is issuing a refund

5.7.2 Customer's account was past due at the time of issuance of refund.
